Corinth is looking for a Purchase Card Help Desk Support to join our team in support of our DHS customer. The qualified candidate should be able to perform Purchase Card Help Desk support, systems support, on-line/off-line data entry support, and clerical assistance as required to the department’s, Purchase Card Branch, in Indianapolis, Indiana. The qualified person will actively participate in communication between team members, clients, and Corinth so all may succeed and embody our Vision, Mission, and Values. Willingness to actively participate in work and team initiatives, while supporting team members with a professional and positive attitude will position the qualified person for success.

Personnel shall be capable of making decisions and interfacing with the Government and public in a professional, business-like manner, including during stressful situations. Contractor personnel must be experienced in Help Desk support, complex key entry, and verification of data, checking accuracy, and maintenance of production logs and statistics. Contractor personnel must be capable of making decisions and interfacing with on-line systems.
Qualified candidates who are not able to pass the BI and security requirements will not be considered for the position.
